This is a western style or Old Victorian Mansion or Hotel. It is a 2 story building, with 3 good sized rooms upstairs and 1 more down & a large open front area. There is also an upper and lower front porch, 2 of the upstairs rooms have a door leading out. Plus there is a very large attic area, with ladder, that can be used for more room space.
It features custom textures inside and out, but is mod so you can add your own. Good for your own use or to be used as rentals. Comes with all doors in place, inside and out, but all are mod, so they can be changed as well.
Has a 20m x 20m footprint, including the porches.
Cannot only be used for a Hotel or Large Home, but also a Boarding House or even a Haunted Mansion!
Note: Because this building utilizes Super Prims, when first set out it will be above the ground, but then can be set down into place.
LOVE This House!
I actually rented this home on a Tombstone sim for my family and when we purchased our own ranch, was so excited to find it available on Marketplace. It's elegant and perfect for old west or Victorian RP as well as anyone that appreciates the feel of that era. Great home for an unbelievable price!! My only wish is that it were copy so that when I mess up trying to change textures in my son's room, I wouldn't have had to go buy a second house! *laughs* At least I could afford it.
This is a really nice and elegant building for the price.. I use it as a boarding house on a western sim and have had nothing but compliments on it..
