This is a large water surrounded spot that you can place just about anywhere. It is copy/mod which makes it great if you already have some land. You can modify it and lose some prim..like water etc. You can add as much as you like and make it in to that cosy corner for you and your partner with a bit of privacy. approx. 82 LI
