Not what I expected.
It's 6 prims if about half a meter tall right out of the box, but stretched up to life size of my avatar, it is 16 prims. Texturing is also wonky. I tried to edit faces with different tree bark textures, but parts of the vines and roots are the same face as the body. So I am stuck with one monotonous texture over the entire thing. Would have to add many more prims to get what I want. With a little work by the creator, it might be much better.
