They're ok.
The Bad:
They are 4,200 Complexity, each, which is a bit high, depending on who you talk to.
The Good:
They do come with a texture change hud with plenty of options.
They fit my standard avatar very well (Not tried on any meshed bodies). The alpha layer works properly, hides my foot like it should.
They look quite nice, like a brand new shoe, right out of the shoe box.
Definitely worth 99L. A must have for any guy in SL.

so they are supposed to work with belleza, but when I put them on, the foot can be seen coming through and then when I turn on the foot alpha and then fix it so the leg is on to where the shoe is the foot appears. cannot be worn even with the unrigged. what a waste of Ls
