This modern style 2bedroom home (a 3 and 4bedroom version included) is made of plaster and raw chiseled stone to bring the exterior and interior together and give a natural feel fitting into your surroundings.
On the ground floor you'll make your way into a generous entry room area incased with stone chiselled walls and a feature staircase. To one side you will find the a downstairs livingroom space with sliding doors to the backyard, a generous side bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom. And to the other side is the laundry room and the garage (also has a version without the garage if you need an extra bedroom in it's place).
On the second floor you have the main living, dining and kitchen area which leads out onto a generous covered balcony for entertaining in the front, and at the back another smaller balcony. And on the other side is the Master bedroom with another walk-in wardrobe, it's own en-suite and it's own private bathroom and a balcony to take in your views.

The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.
