Modern single level, 2 bedroom home made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.

Sleek modern look from the front with a little alcove porch then instant impact when you walking inside. When you enter you can immediately see to your whole backyard perfect for hanging over a lake or ocean, or to be used on flat land. The entry nook leads you into the open-plan main living/dining and kitchen part of the home with floor to ceiling windows. The generous sized patio can be accessed through the living room sliding door and has a glass rail that can be removed if you want to use the steps (included in the box) to use with flat land. Down the slatted hallway you can find a guest room (I've included a version with an without the wardrobe in that room) and a bathroom. Down the long hallway you will come to the Primary Suite which has it's own walk in wardrobe, and a joining bathroom.The bedroom itself is large and modern with floor to ceiling windows to capture your view and connects to the outdoor deck. There is a Left and Right version of the home in the package.

The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

Very modern
I really like the large windows, and I live next to water, so the house has unobstructed view. It is practical with a left and a right version. I wish more houses had this. I could not have used this house if it was only a right version.
I use the left version without a wardrobe.
This house has light in all the downlights, I think that is new in Roost houses. It is very soft and natural.
It is easy to edit the floors and keep the subtle shadows. The floor is in 2 layers, so a seamless texture can be used under the layer with shadows.
The bathroom floor and walls are modern and pretty.
