This house may seem for its price and the years it was built, that it is going to be a bad buy... but this is so far from reality, this house is perfectly designed and built, everything works very well, windows and doors some things that and noticed, is that they don't close the doors automatically, something that I like a lot since it's how it would be in RL... it's also modifiable, so you can configure this to close automatically if you want and have scripting skills, you can paint the walls independently (not textualize!) for each room giving color and life to the home if you prefer, it has built-in cabinets in the rooms, making it unnecessary to place cabinets that can be annoying and take up space, it has a small laundry room with doors that you can also close , typical custom in American homes, the prims for the size of the house (it is quite large) is very low really, the physics in it is decent, although you will have to place u n prim on the ground for safe rezzing as it can sometimes fail but that is common in many SL mesh houses.
Specifically, this house is one of the best that I have had (and I have had many) good level of quality, impact on the land, LOD and quite reasonable price, despite its age, it has nothing to envy to many houses current.
PD: the negative review below is not valid in my opinion, the clumsiness and ignorance of SL's handling of things should not be blamed on the creators who do things well, this house at least has many months of hard work , be considerate.

BEST HOUSE ON THE MARKET FOR BIG FAMILIES
I've been drooling over this house for ages. I finally bit the bullet and snagged it, and I couldn't be happier. Big rooms for my family, it's just perfect for roleplay, and even with the whole thing decorated and set out, every room including a laundry room, i was only at 502 prims! so it can do wonders on just about any plot of land.
nice house but
just bought this house tried to rez the 3 bedroom hous on my sim a number of times but it kept rezzing wrong everything was sideways and upside down so I rezzed the four bedroom house and it rezzed perfectly, the downstairs is nice and big the upstairs isn't too bad but don't like all the closets its a waste of nice space, bedrooms could be a bit bigger if you don't have the closets, and not keen on the stairs everywhere other then that not a bad house

I love everything in this house, windows that you can open/close and this is also the first house i own (and i have many) that the doors don't close by themselves, its just perfect!!! When someone follows you into a room no more door slamming in their face and the doors to the terrace, just wow!
