ROOST Homes - 'Maison de Loire' House
Beautiful 3 story home made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.
*1st floor has separate rooms for the kitchen, casual dining, formal dining, living, laundry space, bathroom, a library/study and a Master bedroom with a walk-in Wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. With 9 sets of french doors leading to the back deck.
Then take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor.
There are 2 different versions of the hosue included that have different options for this floor.
One version has 4 bedrooms all with wardrobes, and a large billards room/playroom.
In the other version there is 6 bedrooms and no Billiards room. Also there are doors leading out from both sides into front and back balconies.
Further up you have a 3rd floor.
Again there are different layout options.
One version has an attic ladder leading up to the roof level floor where you can have an empty attic space and 2 closed off rooms.
The other option gives you a staircase leading up to the roof level and has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

the walls break, roof breaks and can see in, everything breaks, like a paper house, wasted lindens and yes i did check my graphics settings and still was breaking bad.

I had shopped ROOST once a long time ago for a driveway kit - I am glad I came back and discovered this! The Maison de Loire House may seem pricey, but it very detailed, versatile, and well worth my Linden dollars. At a little over 400 land impact, this mesh maison's level of detail would be well over 1000 land impact if it had been created with just prims. Part of the detail I really like are the exposed wooden beams on the ceilings in many rooms.
The ability to rez this house in four different configurations - from 5 to 11 bedrooms with very little extra land impact - is a terrific feature. Important to me, too, is that the structure is modifiable, and I can adjust as needed. So far, I have retinted the shutters and resized the fireplace. I am not crazy about the floor texture, but will leave it for now. Retinting faces is very easy, and if you want to replace the textures of the walls or floor faces, you can do that, too, room by room, but you will lose the shadowy, realistic contours baked into the creator's original textures.
Another reviewer criticized this structure as being cramped, but since it is modifiable, I think it can be stretched out a bit from its default size (expect an increase of land impact). My avatar is realistically proportioned to my human RL 1.88m height, and I find this much, much more than spacious at default after rezzing, with very high ceilings and tall doorways. Other avatars of similar height (or slightly shorter) will be interacting with this house in the 1920s Berlin Project community.

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE THIS. 4 VERSIONS OF THE HOME. THIS IS WORTH IT. AND THE HOUSE IS HD. PURCHASE THIS ITS WELL WORTH IT!!
