From first glance it looks like a single storied small home, but from the moment you walk in you can see there's more that meets the eye.
The entry has a garden atrium with plants included then leads directly onto the upper hallway to overlook the view and the lower level of the house. Upstairs is a large bedroom with gorgeous window views and an attached walk in wardrobe space. You can also find a full bathroom (with either a rock wall or slat walls to use) and a good sized office space that could also work as another small bedroom.
As you follow the modern staircase to the lower floor you'll find floor to ceiling windows to take in your view and large sliding doors opening onto the huge back deck area. I like it...
I just cant love it. Difficult to furnish, difficult to decorate. Some rooms are so small as to be unusable. I waited a long, long time for a new house from this builder, only to be slightly disappointed.
