*A sleek Concrete and Plaster Guest House addition that you can use with the Trenton Rise. Simply slide the Guest house corridor so it's in line with the Back Door of the Main house and it matches up perfectly.
The Guest house has 1 bedroom with an area for a wardrobe. And if you use the Cabana version then there are modern steps leading to the Cabana enclosure above surrounded by glass railing.

*Sunlight shown in pictures on the floor is from Windlight setting, not baked onto the texture.

The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.
