Terms and Conditions for work by Roleplay & Rides.
Failure to adhere to all the terms could result in immediate TERMINATION without refund. No Exceptions. Textures remain the property of RP & Rides.
1. You are purchasing the right to use these textures you are not purchasing the textures themselves.
2. A portion of the fee covers the work and development of these textures. You are also paying for the creative time and work put into making these textures.
3. These textures may not be resold, retouched, or manipulated for the intent of resale under any circumstances.
4. These textures may not be given away free, on their own part, or as part of any package inside or outside of Second Life.
5. If the item you are purchasing is full perm that does not mean that you can use the item without permission.
6. All transactions are non-refundable. This includes unsolicited money or money sent above what you intended.
7. All customers are treated equally regardless of purchase size.
8. As with all textures and graphics in SL these items are additions to other items. They are to be used specifically as directed with the item they are intended. They are not however part of the company with which they are being used. Example a prostreet texture while built for prostreet cars is not to be used for anything other than prostreet but is not property of or part of prostreet.
