You will need:

2. Your UPGRADE VOUCHER included with this purchase.
3. The “YOUR NAME HERE” notecard also included.
4. You old VSM MEDICAL EXAM TABLE - VITALS that you will be returning
toward you new Level 2 VSM Exam Table.

We will send your upgraded level 2 table of same doc# AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ONCE LOGGED IN.
