This is the -R&S- Country Kiosk, designed for country clubs and outdoor areas where the literal "shoe" fits.

This kiosk comes with a texture changing sign and notecard giver, the majority of the build is mesh with a few simple prim decorations and the sign itself.
The texture changing sign is OWNER only.
Directions the Texture Changer:
Simply upload an image and edit the For Rent sign, put the full perm texture inside the sign.
** Note: you want to edit the For Rent section of the sign, not down where it says Click for Details. **
In front of "Click For Details" is an invisible prim which contains a notecard giver.
Simply, edit the linked invisible prim, delete the old notecard and put your own in the content folder.
A Note From the Creator:
This was my first ever attempt at a structure of any real sort in Blender, while it may seem rudimentary,
I am very proud of it. The texturing and things could use some tweaking, but for a simple solution I think this came out quite nicely.
