R(S)W Arts & Crafts Plant Stand - Mesh Exploration

Mesh is on the grid, and this plant stand will let you play with it with a minimum of expense!

You will need a mesh enabled viewer to see it; but once you have that, you'll be delighted to see how beautiful mesh can be.

This plant stand, in the Arts & Crafts style, has multiple cut outs in all three legs, brackets to help hold the top up, and a shelf on the bottom; and yet it's only 4 prim equivalents at normal sizes.

All the surfaces are mirror smooth, and the textures are nice and sharp, even with baked on shading.

The LODs have been carefully made so that the plant stand holds its shape even at the lowest setting.

This is because of the unique characteristics of mesh. But don't take my word for it! Try it out for yourself.

Included in the package are a number of textures; yew wood shaded and unshaded, a shadow texture, an ambient occlusion texture, and best of all the UV maps so that you can make your own textures easily!

Full instructions are also included, so you can understand technical terms such as "PE," "LOD", "UV" and "Mesh."
