LL hired someone badly unqualified to build their body and there's nothing we can do about it but weep ourselves to sleep every night.
I, however, do offer a limited functionality solution in the form of custom fitted dummy mesh arms created from your body shapes for maximum fit. Just poke me about them and I'll trade you a dummy arm for your shape. c:
- Rigged mesh + unrigged pieces.
- Alpha layer included.
- A better sequel.
fantastic arms, no customer support and no bento
I am docking 2 stars due to a complete and total lack of customer support.
I bought these arms years ago back around when they first came out (my folder didn't even have a version number) and i enjoyed them. i then took a break from SL for a bit and when i came back i saw a V2 on the marketplace while browsing. i looked around for a way i could receive an update with no luck- so i did the next best thing and contacted the creator. first i tried IMs, that didn't work... so i tried notecards (after all- messages cap) still no response. and so today I decided id just buy them again because I assumed it would have bento fingers and some better rigging. NOPE! all we get with this update is a nicer mesh (which i appreciate), and better materials (also very nice). not only did I spend money on the updated version because i was getting ignored by the creator- but that update wasn't even bento rigged (I assumed it would be because a lot of similar items are bento these days)

Decent
These arms are a decent pair of robot arms that can work with almost any avatar. I really like how the product comes with a rigged pair and a non rigged pair, the non rigged pair is perfect for shorter avatars. My complaints however are first, the rigged version has hardley any faces and the non rigged pieces only have 1 face each, leaving absolutely no room for any real customization in the form of color schemes. My second complaint is that some pieces to the non rigged arms will have their axis swapped, making it really confusing at first to get both left and right arms to match up. These are both issues the the K40 legs also suffer from. This is still a decent product. Once you figure out the swapped axis on the non rigged arms and line them up, the legs look great on your avatar. I just hope the the creator of this product decides to fix them up in the future by updating them so that all the axis match up, and by giving each piece 8 faces (the maximum ammount) so that the legs become completely customizable.

Really love these arms, I wish there were more faces on them for customizing but besides that, I am 100% satisfied!
