Rachel Cape Cottage is a cute house with a dormer attic. It has the high walls(5m).

It has a separate entrance foyer, spacious living-room, dining-room and kitchen with a back exit.

Upstairs is a small open area and a private room.

Rachel Cape Cottage is 97 land impact and has a 17x22 base. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I have also included a rezzer for easy positioning.
