Rachel Victorian House(123LI, 20x12)

The Rachel Victorian House is a double storey house with gable trimmings and verandah. It is 20x12 and 123LI.

Inside, there is only one bedroom on the upper level. The interior is open-spaced concept to minimize on the prim counts.

As a bonus, I have added a shorter version of the Rachel House which I called the Rachel Cottage. It is 98LI and 12x12 and without the side garden fences.

I have also added optional landscaping for the Rachel Victorian House. These are 60LI.

I have put them in various rezzers. As usual, they are copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer. Some scripts are no mod.
