It's alright, it's free.
It's not bad, especially for being free. It's pretty good if you want to keep it the same size though when you're trying to re-size it for larger characters the textures stretch too much and lose resolution. All in all you're getting this for free. The detail is pretty well done and the design is very unique. 4/5.
