Most Rigged Mesh in Second Life needs adjustments to your avatar shape. Alphas are included but the nature of Mesh is for some adjustment needed for it to fit well.
In turn, mesh offers some of the most realistic movement and texturing available in second life. If you refuse or do not wish to make any adjustments to your AV mesh may not be for you.

May not fit small meah heads.
I like that you can demo the texture. This also comes in multiple sizes but still looks a little big for my mesh head. I like the quality. Would be nice to have more designs such as buckles and zippers on the mask.
To bad it's rigged.....
I just think this is an amazing mask, something i have been looking for. But sadly it's rigged, meaning it only fits the avatar it was rigged for....not mine, if i could only move it i would be wearing it right now. Something like this i do not feel should be rigged because of the wide variety of avatars that will want to wear this.
I only gave it 3 stars because the level of work that went into this is just amazing, but being rigged and not being able to wear it, i can't give it the 5 stars it should have.
Great Mask
I love this mask, the detail is perfect and it just looks too cool. My only problem is that it doesn't seem to fit male avatars very well. It clips into my shoulder/neck regardless of the side I use and I can't seem to figure out any way to mod my shape to make it fit better. Still I give it 5/5 for the detail and textures.
