Scripted! Click on object to change speed of waves or to switch waves off totally. 8 changeable textures and sound control in menu.
Be very careful where you rezzing offsim rocks! Rezzing 40m from sim border/sea should be enough in any way as default rez place, otherwise you can lost item! After rez you can move rocks into sea.

Proper height (Z) is 38m > go to Edit mode > Object tab > Z field > 38.0
