Realistic PBR water made up of 4 texture layers with full specular and normal maps. Reflects light and environment using PBR reflection probe. Simple as that!

Not PBR And No Textures Included
This has no PBR materials applied to it, this comes with no textures or pbr materials included. Just a square of animated mesh water with a reflection prob linked to it, and standard materials maps.
Worst part is these textures i already own they are full perm from Downloadtexture.com (markkemp) which this full perm creator i'm sure would be quite upset your selling their water textures for your own profit as full perm. Needless to say i want a refund.
Dreadful! Using reflection probe........
would of been fine except the reflection probe is still WOOD TEXTURED! so you have have a floating wood texture above the water and you cant edit the texture of it lol! (its set no Mod) So real lame!

it has a trick so it looks like PBR, difficult to adjust the sise if you dont know how

If you're just looking for some water that works well then this is fine. But as others have said, it isn't PBR Materials - it's the standard diffuse/normal/specular on a layered face mesh with a basic anim smooth script, and there's plenty of those on the MP for a lot less.
If (like me) you're looking to find out how to animate PBR textures this is NOT the droid you'rte looking for.
