Version 1.5 has been released. Completely redesigned the graphic UI for the HUD. New HUD is show in pictures. Demo is down for now. For those who like omega appliers for hair, sorry but my UV's are too different and I don't use. I only use mesh hair and you'll find links to mesh hair and beards in the update 1.5 notecard. Scroll down to 6_23 update 1.1 for those links.

✓ DevKit for other developers/creators. You will need intermediate/advanced knowledge with Mesh in order to be successful modding this avatar. The avatar is very mod friendly though and I’ve given you rig files, texture files, animation file, Obj’s and much more with notes on how to use it. You’ll need software such as Maya & ( Mayastar plugin), Blender & ( Avastar plugin ).
✓ For best skin results use the default Second Life lighting. I painted textures around Midday. Press control + shift + Y hotkey to make sure you’re on the SL default lighting. Area’s with house lights will make the texture appear a little more realistic. Darker skin tones are more reactive to specular.
✓ Perms Copy/Mod - at the moment the majors say no mod, no trans because of a developer script I'm trying to have set to mod. But the majors are completely mod and copy. You'll see as you go to edit them and add your own contents or go to texture tab and try to add your own manual specular or textures. How-ever I did not design it for this type of modding. The notecard is all you need to add your own textures. This is a complicated setup for texture work so I don't recommend unlinking/parts or changing texture with the texture tab. Specular color and amount is perfectly fine if you want to change these values. Use my DevKit if you really want to get involed with changing texture.
☢ Mesh Heads - This avatar was not designed to support other mesh heads. If you don't like the looks of the current head don't buy. I plan on releasing new heads and looking into other designers and seeing if they'd like to collaborate and work on a new head together. I will update this as time goes on.☢

☢ - Note* Avatar requires an AO. I do not make my own Animation Overrides but there are many creators with lots of demo’s you can check out to find which body animations you’d like to use. I have three AO’s I currently like with this avatar and give notes and landmarks on AO’s to use. Or simply use what you like. - ☢

This is hands down the best male mesh in all of SL. I've used it for everything. EVERYTHING! Had one little issue with a HUD, contacted the maker and it was resolved in a timely manner. I cannot possibly recommend this avatar enough.
It says Realistic Man and you can not get any more realistic than this!
I was not going to write a review, but this is mainly for the designer, 3DMetamorphosis. Been playing SL for 11 years. I own several male mesh bodies: Belleza, TMP, Slink, Signature Geralt, Niramyth, Adam Mesh Body, Nardcotix and recently the EVolution Brute. With the Adam Mesh Body being my personal favorite, I believe the Realistic Man is by far the best and now my favorite. Like, no joke!
Head to toe, the Realistic Man design is incredible. The body has no flaws. It's basically putting a RL dude in SL that has a ripped body. Unlike some mesh bodies, one being the Belleza.. nothing is "flat" on the Realistic Man if you angle the cam from certain points, i.e. the abs, chest & even the fingers. Well design and it IS real. The alphas on Alpha_Panel are by far the best. Nothing beats it. If you want to hide anything, it's done! Haha
This is understandable by this being it's first version, the Realistic Man has a few bugs. Maybe it's my SL viewer. I do not know.
- The eyes do not blink frequently, only once when you click 'eyeblink'.
- When I log off and back on, the different attachments aren't the same color tone I applied before I logged off. Resulting in me having to attach the 'Skin_&_Anim_Panel' and clicking 'OK' on the color panel for it to go back to what it was.
- Sometimes, when I teleport, my skin tone (NOT skin color) changes. I have to reapply my body tone, 'Tan'.
- The 'Major3_Left_Right_Quad' body attachment is not modifiable. Can not edit it like all the other attachments.
Things I hope that can be updated soon:
- Add a color code or a transparency on the Alpha_Panel when an alpha is hidden.
- Add darker hair bases, a body hair texture and maybe make the body compatible with other Mesh Heads?
- The legs are perfect, this is just my personal preference. Add more muscle to the legs? When wearing the Tall_Man_shape with the leg muscle being 100, they seem a bit scrawny.
- Add redeliveries?
I would rate 5*, if there weren't bugs.
