What you do with this motel is up to your imagination. Rent out the rooms, use it as a store or apartments. This unfurnished eight room motel is only 62 prims with the signs and the prop ice machine. It sits on 20x30 meters of land and has mod and copy enabled, so you can swap out the doors for a rental system or rez multiple units. Six rooms have windows, the two corner rooms do not and could be used for storage or an office.
*Note - Building does have modify and copy permissions. Included scripts do not and cause item to show as "no modify", but you can in fact modify it.
