The skirt comes with a resizer. The arm puffs are resizable. The Universal applier includes Slink, Belleza, Maitreya, Ebody, Omega, & Tonic. System layers are included. Hat is not included.

12/29/2022 I forgot to include the arms puffs, they have been added. Hat is not included as previous stated when I originally put the outfit online.

All is in the package, very easy to make it fit, even for a very tiny avatar. I am happy with it.
