R&K Designs Present: The Red Velvet Club.
This is a large club with everything you need to get started in the industry. The club itself is big, 40x40 meters of space provides your guests with lots of room to party.
With two floors, this club offers a great view of the stage and dance floor from the surounding balcony.
There is an office on the second floor for the club owner to oversee thier business or to just relax and invite VIPs to entertain with.
The incorporated stage has a back stage area, separated by sliding curtains. The back stage area is perfect for your dancers and employees to change clothes or a rezz point for them. Stage is perfect for professional dancers, performers, musicians etc!
Also the club building comes with 4 waterfalls running down the windows at the corners.
The club comes boxed with everything shown in the pictures. All items are copy/mod so you can decorate your club with as little or as much as you see fit. The following is a list of the clubs features:

Let's see how I can start , well the only good part is the furniture and office is small , had a heck of a time putting it up on my property as well . Wish the Big cutain would opened also like the side doors . The Bar stolls you can't adjust them to the correct setting . Personally I found and purchased clubs like this for 5 - 25.00 L . Why I chose this one, it has a performer's stage but the lights looks so un real . The positive was the building , its huge to occomidate guest , and the furniture is nice also.. peace
Not worth it the money
Highly priced is nothing then just a building and u get the stuff to decorate at your own way,highly priced not worth more then 300L compared what u can now buy in SL with completed clubs.
Still good furniture and the design but not for 500L
