DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM RESUN!!! (RESUN DO NOT REMOVE MY REVIEWS FROM THE MARKET PLACE) He is an unethical, despicable swindler and con artist of a businessman. I bought his Res_Simon Blazer Fat Pack on 12/20/2019, the price was L$980, and had no reviews. I have an Adam avatar, the blazer/shirt is clearly marked as compatible with Adam. The middle button on the shirt of the blazer was distorted into a blob and the lining behind the button was not colored as the shirt, it was white on the blue shirt and could be seen from the front. I have images. After multiple attempts to contact Resun, he returned an IM. He told me he has had no complaints (there were no reviews). I asked, could I send a picture? He said I will give you two minutes to get it to me. I got it to him in time, then he TPed me. He started out asking if I got the Demo. I said yes. He told me I couldn't have seen the demo, he didn't have one for this outfit. This was a lie, as I purchased the demo on 12/20/2019. The demo only comes with the black shirt, the button blob is black and difficult to see. He then tried to say it was my AO causing the distortion. I removed the AO, still defective. He stated there was nothing he could about it, and quoting him, "(resun): i dont fix mesh," and *poof* he was gone. As of 12/28/19, at no time has he shown any desire to correct this L$980 transaction of faulty merchandise into a tenable arrangement. His store manager, nellagold, then told me it was a physic I was wearing. I removed any I had on, the shirt was still faulty. I told the store manager, I only wanted it fixed, and if it couldn’t be, replaced with something of equal value, or the money refunded. She IMed the next day, NellaGOLD Resident: "THERE IS A DEMO TO TRYTRY BEFORE YOU BUY!" This guy makes faulty products and his customer service is the worst I have seen in SL. Avoid resun like the plague.
