Residential Loft - 100% Mesh - 20 Prims - (RageWorks) Version v01

Absolutely in love with this skybox. The design is perfect if you actually want to emulate an inner city apartment complex with a small courtyard, this is definitely worth checking out. While walking around inside I do not feel cramped or limited and the cuts/corners visually make it a very inviting habitat.

I am not particularly fond of the color to the walls... however I modified the upper part of mine to make it a nice, deep green. As of where on the bottom level I added prim overlays with a texture of my choice. With my texture of choice set to 65 transparency, it gave the walls a nice cream/scuffed up - grunge look, while still allowing the original shading to come through. I did not do that on all of the walls because I wanted to keep prim count down. But it's certainly an option for those of you that like to add a custom twist and personalize your places. I did the same thing with the floor... to "scuff/stain" it up a bit.

While I rate this as a definite 5 star review... I can't help but add a little nudge in here asking that the seller make a less clean/perfect/new looking version. Something that appeals to those of us that like to have an apartment that's already been broken in... feel to it. Scuff up the floors, damage the walls a little... leave a scorch mark out in the courtyard that has people going "Wtf?" Lol.

As a mesh creator myself I am very impressed with this build. Few nice mesh houses have as low of an LI as this and the architecture is interesting and not boxy.

The only areas this building could be improved on is the little courtyard. I wish it was detachable because it came little too cramped. The interior lighting is nice but the bounced warm tone might be a tad too strong, makes some lighter coloured furniture look slightly out of place. And finally it'd be lovely if the creator could provide texture templates for fine tuning the texture/lighting.

Overall it's a lovely and very efficient build. I will probably grab another product (Studio8) from this creator too.

I looove this build. Its SO beautiful. Simplistic, low impact, and yet designed SO well. I needed a small skybox over my land because I live on an RP city sim. There are always people driving by, walking by, coming inside, etc. So I wanted to have a place where I could snuggle my man or change my clothes in peace! This worked -perfectly-.

I bought this as a little skybox for me. I had enough room to stick in a kitchen and bathroom in addition to the living room and bedroom. If I had to have one complaint about it it's that the walls are kind of a salmon color. I would have preferred them to be white and tintable but it's a small thing. I recommend this.

I love the outdoor space and second floor. A really original design for a skybox. Beautiful lighting and textures. You won't be disappointed.
