This shop has two rooms. A larger customer area and a back room. Includes a counter/desk. It has an upstairs shop that mirrors the downstairs one. The stairs is (one unit) not linked to building allowing it to be copied, rotated and placed at each end giving access to the upstairs. Doors are not linked to the building so they are easy to modify in any way you see fit. Otherwise they remain phantom so customers have easy access to shops 24/7 by just walking through them.
All permissions included so it is copy/modify/transfer and why it costs a bit more. Not intended for resale.
Building is not mesh so all avatars will have a good shopping experience inside this building with no missing walls or issue moving around.
Rezzer location is directly in front of the building. Copies of rezzer can be set out aligned using x,y,z coordinates to rezz a street full of shops.
