Very easy to fly and maneuver. I would have liked to have seen more lean when turning. This is like pivoting from left to right on a pole. Looks very stiff.

This is great. Awesome workmanship, unbelievably easy to fly, simple HUD in the same retro design. I get tons of comments flying it around the continents from SL airports.I even got myself a pair of leather goggles for when I'm up.

Let's be honest...
This is a great little car. It is finely detailed and the retro styling is delicious. It has that certain "je ne se quoi" that gives it an elegance and class harkening back to the golden age of aviation; like something you'd see in films like The Rocketeer or Iron Giant.
The color HUD works. It isn't amazing, but it gets the job done. I was able to match the car very nicely to the outfit that I'll wear while driving it. You can color the body (turquoise in the pictures) and the stripes (yellow) independently with RGB sliders.
The downside is the handling. If you're really serious about SL aviation and have flown some of the better planes out there, you will not be thrilled with this car. For one thing, there's no cruising speed control. It's strictly push-to-go, so it's always full throttle or full stop. Beyond that, it actually handles okay. It doesn't bank into turns, but the turns are smooth. On the ground it seems to get a little squirrely at completely random times, but in the air it's not bad at all.
In summary, it's not the greatest aircraft I've ever flown, but neither is it the worst, and it is nicely detailed, with a style that will turn heads. For the price, I'm really happy with what I got.

Easy and fun to drive and fly - I only wish there was a two-seat version.
