Revoul Body Applier / DELUXE

Bought this and used the applier for the normal Maitreya body for a spell. Decided to go to the legacy body and use the BOM appliers that were promised in the folder. Nothing in any of the folders. Messaged 'Dita', the customer relations avatar. Told by her I did get them (I didn't - still have the original unpacked folder, unpacked it again...nothing in them). At this point I'm a bit pi**ed off being told I have something when I clearly haven't. I have the 5.1 appliers just no BOM layers anywhere. I sent proof I didnt have them via screenshot. Sent message to creator...no response. Sent another message to 'Dita', no response. First time since being in sl that I've had this issue with getting a redelivery, it's not like I can sell or do anything else with a redelivery. All I wanted was to be re-sent something complete that I'd already paid for. I'm happy to somewhat amend the review if there is a timely resolution. A load of unnessary frustration for an easy fix. p.s I downloaded the 'demo' again from the store and the layers are clearly in there, just not in my folder.

I have bought several body appliers from you and I have been satisfied with the results. Because of previous good results with your appliers, I took a chance and bought the Revoul Body Applier/DELUXE even though there was no DEMO. The results are awful. The skin is discolored terribly and the butt area has white streaks on R/L cheeks and stretch marks. The back and tummy is badly discolored....I wish you had a return policy....I spent 1025L on a product that I will never use...I am totally disappointed.

Originally I wrote a bad review since I received the item but couldn't wear it, maybe it was me maybe it was not, but I can finally wear my body and it is amazing, the details are so well depicted. I use the "chubby" body and it suits my avatar to a tee. Thank you
