Rez Zone alpha texture and prim - full perm - 1li

This is a full perm alpha texture that says rez zone. The alpha texture is delivered in the content of the full perm phantom prim also delivered.

Two are delivered, one for land one for water. The only difference is the transparency level of the letters. All full perm can stretch to fit etc.

When using on water get it just under the surface for that ripple effect
