This is a Helicopter EC-135 rezzer. it will rez Helicopter that allow anyone to drive. So you can let people visiting your sim use them without having to ask permission. When they stand up the Helicopter will be automatically deleted to prevent clutter being left around on your sim. You can see/try a demo on the surface of my sim apolon island

Never heard back from owner and tried all avenues of communication. Four stars now to a three.
This happens rather often now. And I have to open a new box each time which one should never have to do. But this still occurs. Maybe this build needs an update.
