No one can argue with a nearly-free price, so it's worth it in that sense, but the author could sell it for $100 if she would only put it on mod! No-mod always loses a point from me, because it does nothing to save copyright -- that is a fake urban legend. In the case of a very high prim box like this, you need mod to remove some of the items like the elf, which is perhaps the least successful item in the box. The trees are alright -- at least they are 3D! -- but they are sort of cartoons of trees and some might like to remove them. With these caveats, it makes a nice hall for your RP if you have the prims.
