[RoS] Vaporwave Mirror / Photo Frame

A vaporwave sun inspired mesh that can be used as a mirror with the PBR material and linked reflection probe OR as a photo/art frame by simply dragging your favorite image onto the center of the mesh.
The lighted frame around the mirror uses blinnphong/legacy materials with slow shifting gradients. 16 different frame colors are available by simply touching the mesh to bring up a dialogue menu.

I included a very simple how-to notecard for those who want to manually increase/decrease the animation speed.
