Not bad, but...
The forearm section of the tattoo looks as if it was developed in a lower resolution than the rest of the tattoo. So the ink does not look sharp and therefore looks pixelated, clashing with the rest of the tattoo.
I suggest the creator revisits the tattoo and makes an update version to fix the issue.
While to some it might not be much of an issue, to me it renders the tattoo unusable.
