Awesome but small errors
This house is Awesome simply put me and my girl love it will meet all our needs for anything that comes our way in SL.
I would recommend the one with out the furniture in it instead. This goes to that once you rez the house the first time and you want to move it to another sim you will loss the furniture in the upper largest room which are these 3 pieces that i noticed was "livening Room Set". The poses in the furniture also lack I have found out as the most one piece has is 78 and thats the master bed. I have removed them and replaced over 50% of them. The rezz box works great but be warned make sure you have an 1/2 sim to rez it or it may gave you problems. The creator Wayne Bentley is helpful. i would be another house from him.
