Quite nice... but!....
well, what is a rezz box? Almost every structure in SL comes in such a rezz box, making positioning and rezzing easier... but, ok, if you are into puzzles... you should have some experience in how to handle prims and links sets before trying to rez this building
The Saloon itself looks fine...not to big, not to small... unfortunately it's no mod, so one can't remove these sometimes disturbing posters from the wall... wanna change some textures? Forget about that. Besides, there's no kind of a house control, but therefor the one or other texture failure or cleavage in the wall...
Conclusion: very good idea, but carried out very bad... personally I regret to have spent the money... I had to vot... so I gave one star.... 0.5 would have been my personal vote
