Item is prim/flex with subtle motion that moves with the breeze of the area in which it sits. This gives the figure an animated look for being an inanimate object. Will make people look twice and sure there will be those who'll approach and try to start up a conversation. Slow moving rotation makes it look as if it's actually floating over the ground.
