The palace comes in a rezbox with 6 pieces. It is partial mesh, uses 'materials' so as to show off shine that appears with high visual settings. It is only 246 land impact, 204 if you include the rezbox.
Instructions included but here they are:
Please place the rezbox down on the land you want it rezzed. Make sure you have enough land, this has a footprint of approximately 108 meters long, 56 wide . This is a large build. If you rez too close to the edge of a sim, all the parts might not appear right off, so you will have to move it and try again. Don't worry, they won't disappear.
Next, hit 'build', this will cause all the bits to start rezzing up beside the box, they will position later.
When the box is done 'positioning' bits it may seem done but sometimes something is out of whack, and its ok to move the build by moving the box, it will arrange the pieces accordingly, and if it didn't get it right when it positioned the first time, it will after you move it, or hit 'position' in the menu again.
Next hit done or save, this will cause all the positioning scripts to disappear from the items. It is now safe to pick up your rezbox.
