This house was built entirely inworld, using mostly prim construction along with some full-perm mesh components. When it says "tiny house", I mean it. You can resize if you'd like (because honestly, some rooms are a beast to try to decorate), but note that will change the LI.
I'm basically listing it because my friends are all "WHY DO YOU DO THIS AND NOT SELL STUFF???" and they're confused why I'd spend an entire week putting together a prim house, texturing it, and furnishing it. So here. You win, friends... you win.
Also, be aware that there aren't baked shadows, because it was built inworld and not with Blender (I still ragequit Blender on a regular basis). If this bothers you, do not spend your lindens on this house. I'm only charging one linden per LI, so at least you won't be out a bundle.

*It's close, but this house will fit on a 512 parcel. All "paint" colors can be changed; those surfaces are tinted rather than color-textured.

A true tiny home!
The Country Style Tiny House is incredible. It can fit in urban and fantasy places, is a tiny home (because tiny houses rule), and the price cannot be beaten for what it offers. Two bedrooms and possibly even two bathrooms! The front and back doors do not auto close (another tick in its favor) and the interior doors can be reconfigured in literal seconds. I am so glad I found this builder!
Tiny House, Big Living
Ok, the features I love about this steal (yes, it is very affordable) is the front and back doors stay open and do not automatically close. Perfect for spring days and early fall. The interior doors open upon collision so no clicking to enter the bedrooms or bathroom. Although it is a small home, it does offer space for two bathrooms. This build even has closets! It is copy/mod so you can make adjustments as needed. Perfect home for the smallest of parcels.
Sweet little house, good value
Very good value - it'd make a great starter home on a smaller parcel, or even as a skybox for privacy somewhere. I love the floor, window and door textures - they are better quality than you'd generally see on a build of this size/price.
