Rusty industrial fence and gate made fully as mesh. Total land impact as is 3 prims, land impact may change as you scale the parts larger.
The fence are 3 linked mesh objects and can be modified by you to extend it's length etc (see example pictures).
This build are mod+copy, script in the gate is open source and full permissions (sounds are copy only).

Great fence, gate opening well, easy re-size, with or without measuring numbers. CHEERS! Made my parcel very industrial and more urbanish.
