The S2 Small 2 Gate Garage is a build created and designed to be as similar as plausible to an affordable metal garage. It may look like a simple build but a closer look will tell other story.
As most S2 builds, this build is highly customizable. Many surfaces can be colored as needed, and pieces can be removed and replaced. Its 100% mesh construction is only 25 prims including the doors and lights. Building is a single linked piece, easy to set, no rezzers!
Building is pretty customizable, surfaces are tintable, materials enabled. Garage has 2 gates (1 front, 1 side), space for at-least 2 trucks depending on the truck sizes. Perfect for a truck yard garage, an ambulance garage or a volunteer rural fire station. There is one office room inside the building.
Building is API enabled and has access control. Gates and Lights could be used remotely or used with 3rd party products to make the building even better. Included is a copy/trans remote HUD for the garage doors. Central access control allows control over gates and lights. Building is set to group as default. Only need to set the right group on it and done.
HD Garage doors are the most realistic and complex garage doors in SL, already configured and set on this build. It also includes S2 Pro Lights, realistic and projector enabled lights that completes the realistic experience.
Sign in front is only a demo texture and can be replaced simply by drag/drop a 1:1 ratio texture over it.

So much potential
From a small trucking company to a rural volunteer fire department , this medium garage and office space as more room than it initially looks like, and the designer made it so easy to move and position as everything is linked and ready to go , easy to edit door access and lights via item notecards, great looking structure with a lot of potential for roleplayers ... 5 stars plus imo!
