The S2 Wake EMS Station is a build created after the real Wake County EMS Station 15 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
This is not a fully accurate recreation, however, the overall look and layout is very similar to the real one.
The original use for the station is to house ambulances on the bay, but is also designed to be used with regular sized fire trucks. That means it can also be used as a fire station, just don't expect to fit a long tower truck or an ARFF. Height clearance is enough for HD Tower 1, and length tightly fits HD Tanker 22.
Interior has 6 rooms/areas. Rooms are not overall big, floor plan is highly optimized to use the available space as much as plausible. However, interior walls can be easily removed to obtain a blank large room witch can fit any custom wall layout you may need.
Building has a back door that can head to a parking area, backyard or porch. It includes prim driveway and walkway that you can adjust to your land size and shape.

Great all around station to use!
Although, by the name it's an EMS Station, it makes a fantastic Fire Station with a few modifications. Had it for some time but definitely recommend using, size is perfect and is a great alternative between those larger and smaller stations.
