This is a fullperm 100% mesh kitchen with AO maps for each object. Each cabinet is an object so you can expand and reform the kitchen as you like.
The landimpact while linked is 18 and unlinked is 34. You can relink the kitchen to get back lower landimpact.

hard to texture
i was hoping to use this as a quick prop to finish a project and was really disappointed that the creator didn't bother to break up the mesh objects into materials for easier texturing and coloring. By simply allowing to apply different tints or materials to the handles, counter tops, drawer/cabinet faces, and body would have made this a 5 star set
Wasted Money
So I purchased this for a build I am working on and was disappointed. I have purchased and used other full perm mesh with no difficulties in texturing. Only option I really had with this was just to add color . I tried tweaking textures, toggling the numbers and textures do not wrap well on any of this. I ultimately resulted in buying a high grade texture set for the kitchen and building the kitchen using regular prims.

You get a lot for the price. nicely done and holds up when camming out. Of course none of the doors open but that is ok for some builds
