SALE!! EC Sting Sword - Frodo/Bilbo - With Glow Commands

This sword is a very good replica and faithful to the original that Frodo carries in the film, I wanted this to put on display in my LOR collection since I am a very fan of the film that I have already seen several times and I never get tired of seeing, I saw it recently again and I just wanted to get a relic of the franchise and I think this is very symbolic next to the unique ring if you are a follower and fan of the franchise, I recommend it, it is mod and you can use it you want, either as a weapon in RP or combat system or simply as me, as a relic and exhibition.

Thanks to all the creators for making many people happy and giving the ability to achieve things like this, it makes your SL unique! It is something that not all of us can have in RL for whatever reason and here it may be possible. n_n

This is as good of a rendition of the movie prop carried by Bilbo Baggins as we could hope for in Second Life, right down the etching on the blade. I wanted a toy to display on my desk, so I'm very happy with it.

It does have a very high land impact due to the high mesh density. The sword alone adds up to 5.4 download impact when it probably could have been less than 1.0. Physics impact is 1.5, but certainly could have been 0.3 for a simple bounding box.

Amusement: The movie prop is 27" long. I stretched this version of Sting to match, assuming that the prop was designed for Martin Freeman playing a hobbit who was about 3'6" tall, and then adjusting for SL Avatar Scale (0.8 SL meters = 1.0 RL meters). So my final version was 0.525 SL meters long overall from point to pommel.

The sword has 5 parts: blade, cross guard, grip, and pommel. These probably could be merged into a single mesh to reduce land impact; but what the heck, its mod/copy so you do have the option of being creative with the individual pieces to make other odd weapons and whatevers should you be so inclined.
