Exceptional
Exceptional item all areas. I suggest buy now while still cheap price.
Pretty solid for the price, all things considered.
This is honestly really nice for the price. Being modify is a real plus, and overall the structure is nicely put together. However, it does have some flaws.
It lack interior doors (save for the jail cells) and the doorways themselves are long and narrow. Given it is modify, you can just rip the doors off the front or back and use them as inside doors, but given the doorways have such an odd shape, you'll wind up with comically tall doors. So, you'll have to put in a piece in the top of the doorframe so you can have average sized doors that don't have their handles lined up to your forehead (keep in mind, my avatar is on the short side).
Despite the doorway issue, I still feel like this was money well spent. I dig the grungy textures on the inside, and the grated reception area is a nice touch. If you're good at modding and need a police station, I suggest picking this one up.
