SAPA addon animation face1

SAPA addon face1 have:
- two mouth animations
- addons puts on and worn constantly (priority 6)
- Two buttons that start animation and two sounds
- One add-on has an animation growls repeat every 30 seconds (no sound)

I recommend combining the lips animation with an addition that repeats every 30 seconds. And buttons that cause sound on demand)
