The Dress is perfect. the glow at .10 about scared me. I've changed it to 0.07. still ghostly, but more noticable in dark areas like caves (similar to her appearance in twilight princess imo) I topped her off with my Ocean Sway Mermaid AO when shes in the water and my normal AO out of the water. There's a good bit of "Merfolk" addons out there. So you can also find a cheap bubble typer or water aura or even fish pets on the market! Personally I wear the Orange and White Ragged fish, but those are limited right now.

It's so beautiful! I love how she glows and that it's mod if I want to turn the glow off. Perfect for a Zelda rp, now just need a Zelda sim! LOL! worth 10 Stars!!!
