if the other person had got in contact with the maker of this quality product I'm sure he would of fixed it get a hold of the maker first before you complain I had no trouble with delivery but sometimes it happens in SL...... love the shoes though!!!

really messed up did it twice and never got the product. be ware. Do not trust this seller!
