nice stair ,some review mention that it over 60 prims
.and the seller show me a demo ..it really only 12 prim.
if we modify it to more higher or resize it more bigger sure it will took more prim.

too many prims when i resized it to adjust to my building..not to mention i thought its a full perm item since it was listed in search as one. too high price for a not fp stair.

This is really a well put together product. I wish, however, I had known that it was over 60 prims and not the advertised 12 prims that it says it is in the ad here. I'd probably be more pissed off if the item wasn't so well built. Unfortunately, I can not use it as I do not have enough prim space to get any use out of it. Be careful before purchasing. Again, great item but takes up a LOT of prim space.

Easy to modify to add extra stairs at the top if your ceiling height is a little higher. The only thing that needs to be offered as a new product would be the banisters alone as a separate product to accent the stairs for a loft.
